Al-An'am · 6:156
أَنْ تَقُولُوا إِنَّمَا أُنْزِلَ الْكِتَابُ عَلَىٰ طَائِفَتَيْنِ مِنْ قَبْلِنَا وَإِنْ كُنَّا عَنْ دِرَاسَتِهِمْ لَغَافِلِينَ
૧૫૬) ક્યાંક તમે એવું ન કહી દો કે, કિતાબ તો ફકત અમારા પહેલા બે જૂથો હતા, તેમના માટે અવતરિત કરવામાં આવી હતી અને અમને કંઈ ખબર ન હતી કે તેઓ શું પઢતા-પઢાવતા હતા.

156. This Book was revealed so that you, idolaters, do not say: Allah only revealed the Torah and the Gospel to the Jews and the Christians before us and He did not reveal any scripture to us. I do not know how to read their scriptures as they are in their language and not in ours.
