وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَعَشِيًّا وَحِينَ تُظْهِرُونَ
Unto Him be praise in the heavens and the earth! - and at the sun's decline and in the noonday.
