Al-Hajj · 22:44
وَأَصْحَابُ مَدْيَنَ ۖ وَكُذِّبَ مُوسَىٰ فَأَمْلَيْتُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ ثُمَّ أَخَذْتُهُمْ ۖ فَكَيْفَ كَانَ نَكِيرِ
૪૪) અને મદયનવાળા પણ, પોતાના પયગંબરને જુઠલાવી ચૂક્યા છે, મૂસા અ.સ. ને પણ જુઠલાવવામાં આવ્યા હતાં, બસ ! મેં ઇન્કાર કરનારાઓને આવી રીતે જ મહેતલ આપી, પછી તેમની પકડ કરી, પછી મારી યાતના કેવી રહી ?

44. The people of Madyan rejected Shuayb, and Pharaoh and his people rejected Moses. I deferred the punishment from their people, to gradually lead them away, then I seized them with the punishment. So contemplate how I reproached them; I destroyed them due to their disbelief.
