At-Tawbah · 9:113
مَا كَانَ لِلنَّبِيِّ وَالَّذِينَ آمَنُوا أَنْ يَسْتَغْفِرُوا لِلْمُشْرِكِينَ وَلَوْ كَانُوا أُولِي قُرْبَىٰ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا تَبَيَّنَ لَهُمْ أَنَّهُمْ أَصْحَابُ الْجَحِيمِ
On hyödytöntä profeetan ja uskovaisten rukoilla pakanoitten puolesta, vaikkapa he olisivat sukulaisiakin, senjälkeen kuin näille on ilmoitettu, että he ovat helvetin omia.

113. It is not right for the Prophet and the believers to seek forgiveness from Allah for the idolaters, even if they are their relatives, after it has become clear to them that they are the people of the fire of Hell – because they died as idolaters.
