Al-Baqarah · 2:154
وَلَا تَقُولُوا لِمَنْ يُقْتَلُ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتٌ ۚ بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ وَلَٰكِنْ لَا تَشْعُرُونَ
Älkääkä sanoko »kuolleiksi» niitä, jotka surmataan Jumalan asian tähden. Ei, hehän elävät, vaikka te ette sitä tajua.

154. Do not say, O believers, about those who are killed whilst striving in Allah’s path that they are dead just as others are; rather, they are alive with their Lord, but you do not realise that they are living, because the way in which they are alive can only be understood through revelation from Allah.
