قَالَ رَبِّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أَسْأَلَكَ مَا لَيْسَ لِي بِهِ عِلْمٌ ۖ وَإِلَّا تَغْفِرْ لِي وَتَرْحَمْنِي أَكُنْ مِنَ الْخَاسِرِينَ
Nooa sanoi: »Herrani, varjele minua pyytämästä Sinulta sellaista, mistä minulla ei ole mitään tietoa. Ja ellet Sinä anna minulle anteeksi ja osoita minulle armoasi, olen kuuluva kadotettujen joukkoon.»

47. Noah (peace be upon him) asked his Lord to help him by preventing him from asking Him for what he had no knowledge about. He said that if Allah did not forgive him his sin, and have mercy on him, then he would be among the losers who lost their share in the Afterlife.
