Surah 70 · Juz 29
Al-Ma'arij · 70:40
فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ
(40) So I swear by the Lord of [all] risings and settings[1758] that indeed We are able

Tafsir
40. Allah takes an oath on the Lord of the rising places of the sun and the moon. Indeed, Allah is the Capable.
