Surah 44 · Juz 25
Ad-Dukhan · 44:4
فِيهَا يُفْرَقُ كُلُّ أَمْرٍ حَكِيمٍ
(4) Therein [i.e., on that night] is made distinct[1460] every precise matter -

Tafsir
4. On this night every precise matter related to provisions, lifespans etc. are decided which Allah is to make happen that year.
