Surah 27 · Juz 19
An-Naml · 27:21
لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُ عَذَابًا شَدِيدًا أَوْ لَأَذْبَحَنَّهُ أَوْ لَيَأْتِيَنِّي بِسُلْطَانٍ مُبِينٍ
(21) I will surely punish him with a severe punishment or slaughter him unless he brings me clear authorization."[1075]

Tafsir
21. He said when its absence became clear to him: “I shall punish it severely, or I shall slaughter it as a punishment for being absent, unless it brings a clear proof to prove its excuse for absence”.
