Al-Adiyat · 100:7
وَإِنَّهُ عَلَىٰ ذَٰلِكَ لَشَهِيدٌ
(7) And indeed, he is to that a witness.[1971]

7. And indeed, he is witness to the goodness he is hesitant in giving; he cannot deny it because of its clarity.
