Sure 53 · Dschuz 27
An-Najm · 53:31
وَلِلَّهِ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ لِيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَسَاءُوا بِمَا عَمِلُوا وَيَجْزِيَ الَّذِينَ أَحْسَنُوا بِالْحُسْنَى
Allah gehört (alles), was in den Himmeln und was auf der Erde ist, auf daß Er denjenigen, die Böses tun, das vergelte, was sie tun, und daß Er denjenigen, die Gutes tun, mit dem (Aller)besten vergelte.

31. To Allah alone belongs whatever is in the heavens and to Him alone belongs whatever is on earth. He created, owns and controls all of it. To recompense whose who do evil actions in the world with the punishment that they deserve and to repay the believers who do good actions with Paradise.
