إِنَّ الَّذِينَ حَقَّتْ عَلَيْهِمْ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ
እነዚያ በእነርሱ ላይ የጌታህ ቃል የተረጋገጠባቸው አያምኑም፡፡
ተፍሲር
በቋንቋዎ ተፍሲር የለም። ይህ በእንግሊዝኛ የሆነው አል-ሙክታሳር ነው።
96. Those against whom Allah’s decree – that they will die as disbelievers due to their insistence on it – is established will never believe –
